About Flaherty Chevrolet

Flaherty Chevrolet is a family owned dealership that has been in business in Brandenburg, Ky for over 50 years. Travis and Rachel Flaherty are both lifelong residents of Meade County and graduated from Meade County High School in the 1990’s. They are deeply rooted in our community with many friends and family here. Their partnership with Tony Brown formed in 2016 and Travis became the Dealer Principal at formerly Tony Brown Chevrolet in January of 2020.

Travis has worked at the dealership since 1998 where he was hired as a Sales Consultant and worked for several years before being promoted to Finance Manager, Sales Manager and eventually General Manager. Serving customers in these roles throughout the dealership has provided him the perspective and understanding of what customers want and expect in their automotive buying and service experience.

Rachel graduated from the University of Louisville with a degree in chemical engineering. She worked for several years in manufacturing with companies such as Colgate in Jeffersonville, IN and Monument Chemical here in Brandenburg before joining the team at the dealership where she serves as our Director of Service and Parts. Her wealth of knowledge in production and manufacturing has allowed us to implement new processes and procedures in these departments to help streamline workflow, create a more transparent process with the customer, and improve the overall service experience.

At Flaherty Chevrolet it’s our promise and passion to always invest in our team and our community. We raise our families here and provide to the area organizations, schools, and churches to insure it’s a place our children and grandchildren will be proud to call home. 

In his many years at the dealership, Tony Brown always made sure his customers were never taken for granted. His objective was to offer quality vehicles and continue with the best possible service after the sale. This remains our foundation.
